It is essential that we have the right team of people to make things happen. That’s why our staff, from internal to external sales, marketing, customer service, purchasing, delivery staff, CAD designers, furniture fitters etc, all share a same passion for service as well as the all important personal touch and together work towards achieving the highest standards.

Training & development

There is a firm focus on regular staff training, review of staff performance & needs and personal development, with progression within the company strongly encouraged.

All employees at Egan Reid are provided with adequate training in all areas of their role – including professional skills, product knowledge and health & safety. Staff appraisals take place on an annual basis, with regular monitoring of all staff’s performance by their department head and senior management.
