That’s why our staff, from internal to external sales, marketing, customer service, purchasing, delivery staff, CAD designers, furniture fitters etc, all share a same passion for service as well as the all important personal touch and together work towards achieving the highest standards.
There is a firm focus on regular staff training, review of staff performance & needs and personal development, with progression within the company strongly encouraged.
All employees at Egan Reid are provided with adequate training in all areas of their role – including professional skills, product knowledge and health & safety. Staff appraisals take place on an annual basis, with regular monitoring of all staff’s performance by their department head and senior management.
