Manchester-based financial advisory firm Pareto approached Egan Reid ahead of their relocation to new premises in their home city. Pareto needed to ensure the space would work well for their team and accommodate their needs, and with a team of 50 spanning multiple specialists and departments, creating a collaborative working environment was crucial. As a business with transparency at its core, Egan Reid was tasked with creating a space which would actively promote productivity and community as well as facilitate communication.
The principal motivation for Pareto’s office move was the structure and layout of their existing premises. Located on St. John Street, the office split the team up across three floors and was far too segregated with its closed off rooms and isolated areas. Working globally as an award-winning firm, they really needed to stand out and provide their team with room to blossom via a more open-plan environment that would inspire creativity, professionalism and teamwork as the workforce continues to develop and grow in size.
To solve the space issues and accommodate this growing team, we first set to work introducing an open plan environment spanning the entire office floor. From there, employees can make use of a variety of accessible meeting rooms providing fantastic views Manchester, bringing the outside in and offering guests a more welcoming environment.
