Orbit Developments - Crown House
Set in a sought-after location within Orbit Developments’ portfolio, Crown House offers premium flexible office space in the heart of Wilmslow town centre. Our team completed a full Cat A+ refurbishment of the 5,100 sq. ft. first floor suite, managing every aspect of the project from design to delivery.
Our team stripped the space and replaced partitions, flooring, ceilings, lighting, electrics, decorating, kitchen, washroom and shower room facilities to create a range of bright and welcoming office suite, featuring multipurpose seating booths and seating areas, a high specification kitchen and breakout area, and a selection of meeting rooms and private offices. Architectural glass partitions and wooden slat walls divide and zone the large space without affecting its natural flow and light, airy feel.
