Delivery

Our delivery charges

Standard mainland UK delivery is FREE on orders of £100.00 or more (excluding VAT). Orders up to £49.99 (excluding VAT) are subject to a £6.99 delivery charge, orders of £50.00 to £99.99 (excluding VAT) are subject to a £5.99 delivery charge.

All orders for account customers are inclusive of standard mainland UK delivery, with no minimum order value required. If you are buying for a business and would like to open a credit account, contact us here.

Some non-stock or bulky items may incur a delivery charge for all customers. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles and Highlands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and rest of the World will vary. If this is the case, we will contact you before processing your order to inform you of this and to ensure you are happy with the charge. Our standard delivery

Our standard delivery time is up to 3 working days, however we aim to deliver all stock items on the next working day, subject to availability. For non-stock or made-to-order items, please refer to product details or contact our customer service team on 0161 406 6000 (01624 663 355 on the Isle of Man) or by e-mail.

Direct delivery

Some items that we do not keep in stock will be delivered to you directly by our supplier. We will co-ordinate delivery arrangements on your behalf and let you know when to expect delivery.

Tracking your order

We do not currently offer an online order tracking facility. If you require an update on your order, contact our customer service team on 0161 406 6000 (01624 663 355 on the Isle of Man) or by e-mail.

 

Returns

You should notify us of any unwanted, incorrect, faulty/damaged or missing items within 7 working days of receipt of your order and we will arrange a replacement, refund or credit. In case of an unwanted item, a re-stocking charge may apply. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
