Egan Reid Office Environments is a recognised specialist in workplace interior solutions, with a successful experience spanning across the SME, corporate, local authority, health and education sectors, nationally and locally.

Working with end users as well as architects, contractors and interior designers, we can take on as much or as little as required by our client, including: space planning and design, furniture supply, delivery and installation, fit-out, refurbishment and interior finishes, project management, office relocation, furniture removal and recycling. We have a real passion for workplace interiors and design, and very few can rival our innovative style and ability to deliver the right interior solutions project after project. Our service combines expert product knowledge, in-house project management and professional, experienced design and installation teams.

Space Planning & Design

Every workspace we design is different, and it’s our job to unleash its potential and ensure it works for you.

We take pride in delivering the best solution to a design challenge. Do you need to accommodate a growing team? Have you embraced hybrid working? Does your space need to cater for multiple uses? No project can go ahead until our client is entirely satisfied and close consultation is essential to get the best results.

  • Understanding the Brief

    We listen to your brief, getting the most detailed picture of the existing space and what needs to be achieved so we can advise on all key aspects of your project.

  • Visualising the Space

    All our plans are produced by our designers after an on-site audit. Standard 2D CAD plans are the norm, however we can also create a 3D conceptual visualisation or walkthrough, colour renders and mood boards.

  • Choosing Furniture & Finishes

    Once a layout is finalised, we move on to selecting furniture and finishes – using fabric, MFC and veneer swatches as well as actual product samples when necessary.

Fit-out & Refurbishment

At Egan Reid, we’re experts in workplace fit-out and refurbishment services, with comprehensive concept to completion solutions that takes all the hassle of co-ordinating trades and contractors away from you. Your Egan Reid project manager will be taking care of everything until your new space is ready to move into. Our experienced teams will work on all areas of a typical office building, including kitchens and washrooms.

Depending on the condition of your space, we can undertake a full range of works, from interior decoration and flooring to partitions, ceilings, joinery, electrical, data, comms or AV installations, air conditioning and more. Every project requires a unique approach to ensure that we deliver it on brief, on time, on budget. We plan and manage your project so all you have to do is enjoy your finished space.
