We were delighted to be selected by Manchester-based bank DF Capital as the furniture partner for their relocation to The Express Building, one of the city’s most iconic buildings. Following a high spec Cat B fit-out of the 23,000sq ft space across two floors of the Grade II-listed Art Deco building, we worked alongside the client’s property, design, and fit-out partners CBRE, Ruumi Studio and TMT Group, to deliver an extensive furniture package to cover an open-plan office, multiple collaboration zones, flexible meeting spaces, and staff breakout area. The bold, contemporary design complements the building’s origin and past as the home of The Express newspaper, and is perfectly suited to DF Capital’s culture of innovation and collaboration.
