Our team delivered a complete design, refurbishment and furniture package for C&C Insurance Brokers, the award-winning, corporate and private insurance specialist, listed amongst the top 50 independent UK brokers. This second phase ground floor project was to complete the transformation of C&C’s Stockport head office, after an earlier first floor refurbishment phase.

The fully updated space offers a cohesive look and feel across open-plan and personal office areas, feature contemporary acoustic wood panelling and green living walls, bespoke signage, new washroom and kitchen facilities, fresh décor and furnishings – and a fun golf putting green … Our design clearly and consistently reflects the client’s brand identity, accommodating new ways of working and incorporating elements of biophilic design.

Egan Reid recently carried out a full refurbishment to our ground and 1st floor offices, creating a modern and relaxed feel with open spaces to fit around the new hybrid working. The process was smooth from start to finish working with Charlie and his team; communication was excellent with Charlie updating me daily with visuals, changes, costs etc, sometimes over the weekend which was a great help to me. The result is exactly what we wanted to achieve with the feel of more space, a fun area and living plants adding lots of benefits to the working environment.
