The space planning and design phase of any project is all about realising your workspace’s potential. There are 3 key part to any project: understanding the brief, visualising the space and choosing the right furniture and finishes. We take pride in delivering the best solution to a design challenge. No project can go ahead until our client is entirely satisfied and close consultation is essential to achieving the best results. When the right piece just isn’t available ‘off the shelf’, we source or create a bespoke design to suit and add a unique element to your space. We are also able to match existing pieces if needed.

All our plans are produced in-house after an on-site visit. Standard 2D CAD plans are the norm, however we can also create a 3D conceptual visualisation or walkthrough.

Once a layout is finalised, we move on to selecting products and finishes – using fabric, MFC and veneer swatches as well as actual product samples when necessary.

Egan Reid offers a comprehensive office fit-out and office refurbishment service, taking away all the hassle of co-ordinating contractors away from you. Take a step back in the knowledge that your Egan Reid project manager will be taking care of everything until your new space is ready to move into. Entrance halls and receptions, offices, meeting and break-out areas, training facilities, kitchens, canteens, restrooms and more – our teams will work on all areas of a typical office building. Depending on the condition of your space, we can undertake as much or as little as necessary, from interior decoration and flooring to partitions, ceilings, electrical, data, comms or AV installations, air conditioning and more. Every project requires a different approach to ensure that we deliver it on brief, on time, on budget. We plan and manage your project so all you have to do is enjoy your new space.
